Product Detail : A very good Dimbula region tea that has the strength and clean dark colour that you'd expect that takes milk so well. The altitude of the estate however has created a more thorough slightly sweeter 'Uva district' taste. Brew lightly if drinking without milk, or stronger with more leaves if drinking with milk. Boil freshly drawn cold water, warm pot first with a splash of hot water. Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of leaves per 6-cup teapot. Brew for 3-5 minutes. Pour the milk into your cup before the tea.
