First, have a footplate ride aboard a passenger train to see how its done and then its your turn! Mount the footplate of your locomotive for your historic journey on Britain`s only main line steam railway and then full steam ahead on a 16 mile trip through picturesque countryside, together with a fellow novice and a footplate crew in support. At your complimentary lunch you can choose from daily specials or all day breakfast. You will also receive an information pack including a guide to the railway and locomotive notes as well as your own magnificent commemorative certificate.
